Market Made Wealth – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any program or service offered by Market Made Wealth (“MMW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a brand operated by Opulenceous LLC, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read this document carefully before completing any purchase.
Market Made Wealth is an educational platform. All programs, courses, and coaching services are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations of any kind.
For 1-on-1 mentorship programs, these Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference into, and work together with, the Service Agreement signed by Client at the time of purchase. In the event of a direct conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls as to matters of service delivery and payment, and these Terms and Conditions control as to guarantee eligibility and claims.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. Past results of any trader or student featured on our platforms, sales pages, or marketing materials are not indicative of future results.
Any income figures, profit examples, or student results shared by Market Made Wealth are illustrative only. Your results will vary based on your effort, experience, market conditions, and a number of factors outside of our control.
Market Made Wealth does not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money, achieve any specific trading results, or achieve profitability at all from participation in any of our programs. Any refund guarantee described in these Terms and Conditions is based strictly on defined, measurable criteria related to system performance, data verification, and program engagement — it is not, and should not be read as, a representation regarding the profitability of any individual Client’s trading.
By participating in any Market Made Wealth program, including but not limited to 1-on-1 coaching calls, group calls, live sessions, and any other interaction with James Strong as part of your program, you acknowledge and agree that these sessions may be recorded by Market Made Wealth and James Strong.
You grant Market Made Wealth, Opulenceous LLC, and James Strong a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to use, edit, clip, reproduce, and distribute any such recordings, including your name, voice, image, and likeness as they appear in them, for any purpose at Market Made Wealth’s sole discretion, including but not limited to social media content, advertising, marketing materials, testimonials, and other promotional use.
If you do not want to be recorded or featured in this type of content, you must notify James Strong in writing at james@marketmadewealth.com prior to participating in any live session. Market Made Wealth will make reasonable efforts to exclude your likeness from published content following such notice, but cannot guarantee removal of content already published or in distribution at the time notice is received.
Nothing in this section obligates Market Made Wealth or James Strong to use, publish, or feature you or any recording in any content.
Upon completing your purchase of the Path to Profitability Program (“PTP”), you will receive immediate access to all program materials including all included bonus courses. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Market Made Wealth offers a 90-day guarantee on the Path to Profitability Program. This guarantee is not a money back guarantee. If after 90 days the client cannot fully grasp the information within the program, James Strong will personally step in and work with the client to go over the concepts and review them together on a call.
To qualify for the guarantee the client must meet ALL of the following conditions: (1) complete all lessons and modules within the program; (2) reach out to James Strong via email at james@marketmadewealth.com a minimum of 3 times during the 90-day period, documenting specifically where they are stuck and what they have attempted; (3) complete a minimum of 200 backtested trades using a verifiable, timestamped platform, with each trade clearly labeled showing the asset, timeframe, and timestamp — self-reported or reconstructed spreadsheets do not qualify; and (4) complete all assigned exercises and assignments.
To submit a claim under this guarantee: (1) contact james@marketmadewealth.com within 90 days of your original purchase date; (2) provide proof of completion of all lessons and modules; (3) provide your minimum 200 backtested trades with timestamps and labels as described above; and (4) provide copies of your minimum 3 email communications documenting where you were stuck. Allow up to 14 business days for your claim to be reviewed and a review call to be scheduled.
The guarantee does not apply if: (1) you have not completed all program material; (2) you have not reached out to James a minimum of 3 times via email; (3) you have not submitted a minimum of 200 verifiable backtested trades; (4) you submit your claim after 90 days from your original purchase date; or (5) you have violated any of these terms and conditions.
Upon completing full payment for the 6-Month 1-on-1 Private Mentorship Program, you will receive access to all mentorship materials in the MMW portal. Access is granted following receipt of full payment (or first installment payment, under the Two-Payment Plan) only. The Program consists of eight (8) one-on-one trading coaching calls, to be performed consecutively over the eight (8) weeks immediately following Client’s onboarding/introductory call, and six (6) months of ongoing support following the onboarding/introductory call, covering questions, lessons, and topics discussed throughout the mentorship period.
The 6-Month 1-on-1 Private Mentorship is available at a one-time payment of $3,499 or two payments of $1,999 (the second due 30 days after the first). All payments must be completed as scheduled. In the event of a missed second payment, MMW reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the Program and all associated coaching, materials, and support. No refund of any amount already paid shall be due in such event, and any unpaid balance is forfeited by MMW as a discontinuation of services — Client will not be pursued for the unpaid balance, but is likewise not entitled to any further services.
Market Made Wealth’s goal for every Client in the 6-Month 1-on-1 Private Mentorship is to help Client develop a trading system with a positive edge — defined as a profit factor greater than 1.0, OR an expectancy greater than 0 (either metric alone satisfies this definition). If Client meets ALL of the requirements below, and, despite meeting them, has not achieved a system with a positive edge, Client is entitled to a full refund under this guarantee. If Client’s system does achieve a positive edge, MMW’s obligation under this guarantee has been fulfilled and no refund is owed.
To qualify for the guarantee, Client must meet ALL of the following requirements:
(1) Sample Size. A minimum of 1,000 backtested trades on the specific system, distributed across a minimum of 10 different assets with at least 100 trades per asset, AND spanning a minimum of 2 years — whichever of the two (the 1,000-trade/10-asset requirement, or the 2-year span) produces the larger data sample governs. The 100-trades-per-asset minimum must be met regardless.
(2) Verifiable Data Logging. Backtested data must be timestamped and logged in a verifiable platform — self-reported or reconstructed spreadsheets do not qualify. Each trade must include screenshots showing the asset, timeframe, and timestamp.
(3) Continuous Data — No Cherry-Picking. The trade log must be sequential and continuous, including full drawdown periods, and may not be a selectively curated stretch of results.
(4) No Discretionary Overrides. Any trade where the Client deviated from the system’s own defined rules does not count toward the qualifying log.
(5) Ongoing Support Engagement. Client must maintain a minimum of one support contact with James per month for the 10 months following completion of the 1-on-1 program portion. This engagement cannot be front-loaded and must be spread across the full 10-month window.
(6) Minimum Hold Period. A full 365 days must pass from the original purchase date before a refund claim is eligible. Time before day 365 is considered active testing and development time.
(7) Refund Request Window. Once eligible at day 365, the refund request must be submitted within 7 days, or it is forfeited.
(8) Timeline Cutoff. The refund request cannot be submitted after Client has received Inner Circle access upon graduation from the Program.
If Client has met all of the requirements above, and the resulting trading system still does not show a profit factor greater than 1.0 or an expectancy greater than 0, Client qualifies for a full refund of the amount paid for the Program, less any payment processing fees incurred by MMW on the original payment and any fees incurred in issuing the refund.
To submit a claim under this guarantee: (1) contact james@marketmadewealth.com once eligible per requirement (7) above; (2) provide complete documentation demonstrating that all requirements (1) through (6) have been met, including trade logs, screenshots, records of monthly support contact, and the resulting system’s actual profit factor and expectancy figures; and (3) allow up to 14 business days for your claim to be reviewed and processed.
Your access to all program materials will be revoked upon issuance of the refund.
The guarantee does not apply if: (1) any of requirements (1) through (8) above are not fully met; (2) the resulting system shows a profit factor greater than 1.0 or an expectancy greater than 0 (meaning the goal of the Program was achieved); (3) the claim is submitted outside the timeline described in requirements (7) and (8); or (4) Client has otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions or the Service Agreement.
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve your spot in the 12-Month 1-on-1 Mentorship + Trade Abroad Experience. This deposit confirms your intent to participate and reserves your place in the program.
The remaining balance of $13,999 is due and collected during your onboarding call with James. Full program access including all mentorship materials is granted only after the remaining balance has been received in full.
Upon receipt of full payment you will receive access to all mentorship materials in the MMW portal. The mentorship materials for the 12-Month program are the same as those provided in the 6-Month 1-on-1 Mentorship with extended access and support for 12 months.
The Trade Abroad Experience is an immersive in-person week with James Strong at his current country of residence. The following are included as part of the Trade Abroad Experience: (1) round trip flights to James’ current country of residence; (2) ground transportation to and from the airport; (3) all lodging for the duration of the week; (4) morning workouts, live trading sessions, and evening market debriefs; and (5) access to local experiences including beaches, cenotes, pyramids, and local events.
All travel logistics including specific dates, flight details, and scheduling will be confirmed and coordinated during your onboarding call and throughout the program at a mutually agreed upon time.
By purchasing the 12-Month 1-on-1 Mentorship + Trade Abroad Experience the client authorizes Market Made Wealth and James Strong to arrange and book all travel on their behalf including but not limited to flights, ground transportation, and lodging. The client agrees to provide all necessary personal information required to complete travel bookings including legal name, date of birth, passport details, and any other information required by airlines or accommodation providers. All travel details will be discussed and coordinated during the onboarding call.
Market Made Wealth offers the same 365-day guarantee described in Section 5.3 above on the one-on-one mentorship portion of the 12-Month 1-on-1 Mentorship + Trade Abroad Experience: if Client meets all of the requirements in Section 5.3, and, despite meeting them, has not achieved a trading system with a positive edge (profit factor greater than 1.0, OR expectancy greater than 0), Client is entitled to a refund under this section. If Client’s system does achieve a positive edge, MMW’s obligation under this guarantee has been fulfilled and no refund is owed.
Please note: This guarantee applies to the one-on-one mentorship portion of the program only. The maximum refundable amount under this guarantee is $3,499, representing the value of the one-on-one mentorship portion, less any payment processing fees incurred by MMW on the original payment and any fees incurred in issuing the refund. The $1,000 deposit and all remaining balance payments are non-refundable. Any costs associated with the Trade Abroad Experience including flights, lodging, and transportation are non-refundable once the experience has taken place.
In addition to the requirements in Section 5.3, the refund request cannot be submitted after the Trade Abroad Experience has taken place.
To submit a claim under this guarantee: (1) contact james@marketmadewealth.com once eligible per Section 5.3, requirement (7); (2) provide complete documentation demonstrating that all applicable requirements have been met, including trade logs, screenshots, records of monthly support contact, and the resulting system’s actual profit factor and expectancy figures; and (3) allow up to 14 business days for your claim to be reviewed and processed.
If your claim is approved: (1) you will receive a refund of $3,499 representing the one-on-one mentorship portion’s value, less any payment processing fees incurred by MMW on the original payment and any fees incurred in issuing the refund; (2) your access to all program materials will be revoked upon issuance of the refund; and (3) the $1,000 deposit and all other payments remain non-refundable.
The guarantee does not apply if: (1) any of the requirements in Section 5.3 are not fully met; (2) the resulting system shows a profit factor greater than 1.0 or an expectancy greater than 0 (meaning the goal of the Program was achieved); (3) the claim is submitted outside the applicable timeline; (4) the Trade Abroad Experience has already taken place; or (5) Client has otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions or the Service Agreement.
Outside of the specific guarantee terms outlined above for each program, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, failure to use the program, or circumstances outside of Market Made Wealth’s control. There is no cancellation or cooling-off period for any program — access, coaching, and materials are treated as delivered in value from the moment of purchase, given the consulting and informational nature of the services provided.
By purchasing any Market Made Wealth program, Client acknowledges they are the purchaser of the program and voluntarily agrees to receive the services described in these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Service Agreement. Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with their bank or card issuer. Any request for monies to be returned shall be governed exclusively by, and must satisfy, the applicable refund guarantee criteria set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Initiating a chargeback or dispute in lieu of following the applicable claims process outlined above constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
All content, materials, lessons, videos, documents, trading systems, and resources provided through any Market Made Wealth program are the intellectual property of Opulenceous LLC and James Strong. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, teach, or sell any program materials or trading systems in any form without express written permission from Market Made Wealth.
Client agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Opulenceous LLC, Market Made Wealth, James Strong, and MMW’s members, managers, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) Client’s participation in any program; (b) Client’s trading activities or trading decisions, whether or not informed by any program; or (c) Client’s breach of these Terms and Conditions or any Service Agreement — except to the extent such claims arise from MMW’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opulenceous LLC, Market Made Wealth, and James Strong shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in any program or your use of any materials provided. This includes but is not limited to any trading losses incurred as a result of applying concepts learned through any MMW program.
Market Made Wealth collects personal information including your name, email address, and payment information solely for the purpose of delivering our programs and services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments or deliver services. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or any Market Made Wealth program, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Texas, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect confidential or proprietary information.
Market Made Wealth reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued participation in any program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
